Postponement of the ‘Asia-Pacific Teacher Exchange for Global Education’
  • 31/07/20
Dear Sir/Madam,
The Asia-Pacific Teacher Exchange for Global Education (APTE) Programme, hosted by the Ministry of Education, Republic of Korea, and implemented by the Asia-Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding under the auspices of UNESCO (APCEIU) has been postponed to next year.

APCEIU has been very closely monitoring developments of the impact of COVID-19 at local and global levels, especially in the seven partner countries (Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, and Thailand). After careful consideration, we have decided to postpone our 2020 APTE as a precautionary measure.

As a follow-up to the Programme's postponement, the Office of International Teacher Exchange is under development for such as 'online materials,' conduct follow-up activity surveys and performance analysis studies for alumni, including opening the 2020 online SSAEM Conference. We sincerely ask for your continuous interest and participation.

Once again, we thank all participants, representatives, and all the parties concerned for your patience, understanding, and support.
