Angkor: The World Heritage of Cambodia

In 2014, APCEIU developed Angkor: The World Heritage of Cambodia , the 3rd series of multimedia education material which aims to promote global citizenship through understanding the World Heritage.
This material offers a detailed introduction on the history, culture and religion of Angkor, in order to promote understanding on the World Heritage sites of Cambodia. In particular, this material enables learners to appreciate the historic sites in Cambodia more vividly and without actually having to visit the locations, through 3D panoramic anaglyphs of the Angkor site, Preah Vihear, Banteay Chhmar and other sites. APCEIU wishes that this material can play an important role in fostering global citizenship by raising awareness of universal outstanding values as well as in the conservation of World Heritage through the process of learning historical and cultural values of the heritage.
